A private appointment gives you time to discuss the garment’s purpose and compare the actual materials. Bring the event date, intended use and any references that help explain the line you like. First Visit and Weddings & Events are 75 minutes each, and Returning Clients is 45 minutes. First Visit introduces new clients to fabrics, fit and design and includes measurements. Weddings & Events is for grooms, wedding parties and guests, whether new or returning. Returning Clients continues the conversation after any previous visit, even if you have not yet placed an order. There is no obligation to place an order at your first visit.

For an order in progress that is ready to try on, book Garment Fitting, a 30-minute appointment. Our concierge team can coordinate a wedding party's individual appointments with the clothier. Share any event or travel dates before ordering.

New clients are measured in a showroom. More than 30 measurements are read alongside posture, shoulder slope, asymmetry, arm pitch and balance. The aim is to understand how the garment needs to hang on you, rather than ask you to fit a predetermined shape.

Cloth can also be assessed directly: its weight, surface, color and relationship to the intended garment. You do not need a complete design before arriving. A clear account of when and how you will wear the clothing is a useful starting point.

Our process explains the sequence from discussion through fittings. The selected order price is confirmed before production, and the schedule should be checked against any event or travel deadline.

Fittings need time on your calendar as well as time for the garment. If you divide your time between cities, discuss that at the outset so the appointment plan can be coordinated. Share travel dates before the team sets your fitting schedule.

For a particular person, review our clothiers and ask our concierge team to confirm availability at the chosen showroom. For a wedding party in several cities, establish the shared plan with the coordinating clothier before individual appointments are booked.
