How is a custom shirt fitted to me?

Can I choose the collar and cuffs?

Can one cuff allow extra room for my watch?
Yes. Bring your watch so your clothier can assess the allowance at that wrist. Each sleeve and cuff is considered individually, with length and opening coordinated for the way the shirt rests and moves.
Do I need a different shirt for a tuxedo?
