A private conversation around cloth and design

Custom tailoring since 2011

Enzo Custom was founded in New York City in 2011 with a clear principle: every garment begins with the person who will wear it. From our first Manhattan showroom, we have grown to 16 company-owned private showrooms across the United States, bringing that same personal approach to custom suits, tuxedos and a complete wardrobe.

The conversation begins with your life: the work you do, the occasions ahead and the way you want to dress. Your clothier translates that understanding into cloth, proportion and fit.

An individual pattern, drafted for you

Your first garment in each category begins with an individual pattern drafted from scratch. More than 30 measurements are considered alongside posture, shoulder slope, front and back balance, and the differences between the left and right sides of your body. These observations determine how the garment will sit and move.

Your pattern and fitting record are retained and available across our showrooms. An order begun in Manhattan can inform your next appointment in Beverly Hills, Chicago or Houston, with your clothier reviewing any changes in fit or preference. Discover what makes our clothing truly custom.

Expertise from cloth to finished garment

Enzo Custom is vertically integrated, with operations spanning fabric supply and garment manufacturing. Beyond our own showrooms, we supply cloth and produce garments for independent custom clothiers and made-to-measure brands.

That work gives us direct knowledge of the decisions behind a finished garment. Fabric, pattern, construction and finishing are considered together, with the experience of making clothing for other professionals brought to your own appointment.

10,000 fabrics. A selection made personal.

Our fabric selection includes Loro Piana, Dormeuil, Holland & Sherry, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Drago and Guabello. Across 10,000 fabrics, there are different weights, textures and compositions for business suits, wedding tuxedos, separate jackets, trousers, shirts and outerwear.

Your clothier narrows the selection around your climate, occasions, budget and frequency of wear. Color is considered against your complexion; weight and texture against the way the garment should feel. Explore our fabrics and mills, then compare the cloth in person.

Construction with purpose

Full floating canvas is standard in our structured jackets. The internal foundation supports the chest, shapes the jacket front and gives the lapel its roll. Half canvas and unconstructed options suit other requirements; Enzo Custom does not use fused jacket-front construction.

Shoulder construction, lining, buttons and finishing complete the specification. Handwork varies by the tier you select, while thoughtful details and a balanced silhouette remain central to the result. Inside our jackets explains the craftsmanship beneath the cloth.

Your dedicated clothier, from first appointment to final fitting

An experienced clothier guides you through fabric, design and fit. New clients are measured in person so that posture, balance and movement can be assessed directly. You can arrive with a photograph, a clear idea or simply an occasion in mind.

Fittings refine the garment on you. The process usually involves two to three fittings, with the plan determined by the garment and adjustments needed. Your clothier remains your point of contact, and your confirmed refinements inform future orders. Explore our process and the Fit Guarantee that stands behind every garment.

Questions and answers

Are Enzo Custom showrooms franchises?

No. The 16 currently operating showrooms are company-owned.

Does Enzo Custom start with a stock-size pattern?

No. An individual pattern is drafted from scratch for each client and garment category, with measurements and posture assessed together.

Can I begin the process from home?

An initial discussion can happen remotely. New clients still need trained in-person measurement and posture assessment in a showroom.

Does every garment use the same construction?

No. Construction is selected for the garment and cloth. Full canvas is the standard for structured jackets, while other appropriate options include half canvas and unconstructed designs.

Do you keep information for future orders?

Your pattern and fitting record are retained and available across Enzo Custom showrooms. Your clothier reviews that record for subsequent orders and reassesses the fit when your body, preferences or garment requirements change.
