Our Fit Guarantee

We stand behind every custom garment we make. Our Fit Guarantee includes complimentary fit alterations for 60 calendar days after final pickup, with personal support from your clothier if anything needs further attention.

Check the garment against your agreed fit

Your recorded design and fit preferences guide the assessment. A close waist, a fuller trouser or a stronger shoulder should reflect what you agreed with your clothier and feel right when worn.

Review the garment while standing naturally and in ordinary movement. Tell your clothier where you feel pressure, restriction or excess and when you notice it. The suit fit guide offers a useful sequence, from jacket balance to the trouser hem, for making that conversation precise.

Sixty calendar days after final pickup

Every custom garment we make is covered by our Fit Guarantee, with complimentary fit alterations for 60 calendar days after final pickup. The period begins when you collect the completed garment after its final fitting. Later alterations do not restart or extend the original 60-day period. Contact our concierge team within that period to arrange an assessment; agreed alterations may be completed afterward. This policy takes effect October 1, 2026.

Your clothier will assess the garment with you, explain the fit alterations and record the confirmed changes. New design requests and repairs for damage or wear are assessed separately. If you remain unhappy with the finished garment, our commitment below explains how we will work with you to resolve it.

How we resolve a fit concern

One visible fold can have several causes. Shoulder slope, balance, sleeve orientation and ease can affect connected areas. Your clothier needs to assess those relationships before deciding whether an alteration is the appropriate answer.

We stand behind every garment we make. If something isn’t right, your clothier will work with you to refine it through alterations. In the rare case that alterations aren’t enough, we’ll remake the garment. If you’re still not satisfied after we’ve worked to resolve your concerns, we’ll refund the affected garment. We explain the proposed work and next step before proceeding.

Our guide to alterations and repairs describes why the scope of a correction depends on the garment rather than a universal promise that anything can be changed.

Carry confirmed corrections forward

A resolved fitting should inform the retained pattern and garment record. When you make a later order, those confirmed revisions provide a more useful starting point than the original measurements alone.

For a future order, we review those revisions alongside any changes in your body, cloth or preferred silhouette.

Keep care and service connected

Follow the garment's care instructions and ask about anything unfamiliar. Caring for your suit explains simple handling principles and when professional attention is useful.

For a fit concern, contact our concierge team through the Enzo showroom handling your order. Bring the relevant garment and the shirt or shoes that affect the assessment. Describe where the concern appears and how it feels during normal movement.

If your question concerns an existing order, appointment or follow-up, Client Relations explains what information helps your showroom respond.

One clear period of cover

The same Fit Guarantee applies to every custom garment: suits, tuxedos, jackets, trousers, shirts and overcoats. Each garment has one 60-day period beginning at final pickup. Returning for an alteration does not create a new period. Work arranged within the original window can be completed afterward.
