3. Fitting & Final Adjustments — Once your garment arrives, we conduct a fitting and refine as needed to ensure the final result is correct.

The difference comes down to pattern origin. Made-to-measure starts from a pre-existing factory pattern, adjusts measurements within limits, and retains the original garment structure. Custom begins with a pattern drafted specifically for you — no templates or preset limitations — fully built around your posture, proportions, and movement. At Enzo Custom, every garment is fully custom — never template-based.

Yes. Floating canvas construction is our standard. This allows natural drape, better breathability, long-term shape retention, and a clean lapel roll. For certain fabrics, we may adjust the canvas weight or structure — but the construction remains intentional and performance-driven.

We offer over 10,000 fabrics sourced from leading mills, including Loro Piana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Dormeuil, Scabal, Vitale Barberis Canonico, and Enzo Sartori. Options include fine wools (Super 120s–200s), cashmere and blends, high-twist travel fabrics, and formal and seasonal fabrics. Each garment is constructed after fabric selection, allowing structure to be tailored to the cloth.

Pricing depends on fabric and garment type. Starting prices: custom suits from $545, custom tuxedos from $595, and custom shirts from $125. Higher-end fabrics from premium mills increase the total investment. Every garment includes a fully custom pattern, canvas construction, and fittings and adjustments.

Most garments are completed in 3–4 weeks. Rush options may be available in approximately 2 weeks, and specialty fabrics or complex builds may take up to 6 weeks. Your timeline is confirmed after fabric selection.

What is your alteration and fit guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Every garment includes a full fitting process. If adjustments are needed, we refine the garment until it meets our standards. If a structural issue cannot be corrected through tailoring, the garment is remade. You don't take the garment home until it fits correctly.

To maintain your garment: brush after wear, steam lightly to remove wrinkles, and dry clean only when necessary (typically 1–2 times per year). Proper care helps preserve both the fabric and internal structure over time.

Do you offer a referral or loyalty program?

Yes — our Invitation Extended program. Refer a new client and give them a $100 credit. Receive a $100 credit when they complete their first commission. There is no limit on referrals.
