Introduction Program Terms
Effective October 1, 2026 · Last updated September 30, 2026
The Introduction Program rewards an eligible existing client and a new client for a genuine personal introduction. The new client must choose to submit their own information before Enzo Custom contacts them.
1 Sponsor and agreement
The Enzo Custom Introduction Program (“Program”) is sponsored by Enzo Custom Florida Inc., a Florida corporation, doing business as Enzo Custom. These Program Terms supplement the Purchase and Service Terms, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
Participation constitutes agreement to these Program Terms. The Program is available in the United States through an Enzo Custom enrollment page, showroom, or sales channel displaying the live offer. People ages 13 through 17 may participate subject to applicable law; parent or guardian authorization will be obtained where required. Before enrollment, the live offer must conspicuously state its channel or product limits, benefits, the $400 threshold, the 90-day attribution period, the 18-month credit expiration, and the issuance rules.
2 Current benefit and qualifying purchase
Under the current offer:
an eligible new client receives a $100 promotional credit toward the new client’s first qualifying Enzo Custom garment purchase of $400 or more; and
the eligible introducing client receives a $100 promotional credit after the new client’s qualifying purchase is verified, paid, and not canceled or refunded.
The $400 threshold is calculated after other discounts and before tax, shipping, gratuity, gift cards, alterations, and non-garment services unless the live offer conspicuously says otherwise. Only one new-client introduction credit may apply to a new client, and no more than one Program credit may be redeemed in a transaction. A Program credit may be used with a paid gift card, but not with another promotion, employee discount, family-and-friends discount, or other discount. A new client is someone who has never completed an Enzo garment purchase.
3 How to make an introduction
The introducing client may share a personal Program link or code directly with a friend, family member, or colleague who is reasonably likely to welcome it. Do not enter or upload the other person’s contact information for Enzo Custom to contact them. The new client must open the link or otherwise submit their own information and choose any communications they want.
A new client’s valid, self-submitted Program link or code remains eligible for attribution for 90 days after submission unless the offer conspicuously states a longer period. If more than one valid introduction is associated with the same new client, the earliest documented self-submitted link or code within that period controls. The new client may ask Enzo Custom to correct an obvious attribution error before the first qualifying order is accepted. Introduction benefits cannot be stacked, divided among introducers, or added after an order is accepted unless Enzo Custom corrects its own documented error.
Introductions must be shared privately, personally, and noncommercially with a friend, family member, or colleague reasonably likely to welcome them. Do not use spam, purchased lists, automation, coupon sites, paid search, public posts, public mass distribution, deceptive advertising, or a false identity. Employees, Program administrators, contractors, and members of their households may participate, but they may not combine a Program credit with an employee, family-and-friends, or other promotion or discount. Self-referrals remain prohibited.
Do not send a Program link or code to anyone who has asked you or Enzo Custom not to contact them. If Enzo Custom ever provides a message you can send from our systems, that message will identify Enzo Custom, include our postal address, and offer a way to decline future messages where the law requires.
With any private recommendation or endorsement sharing a Program link or code, disclose the reward clearly in that message, beside the recommendation and link: “I may receive a $100 Enzo Custom credit if you buy through this link.” Public sharing is prohibited. Statements must reflect your honest experience and contain no unsupported claims. Employees, contractors, and their household members must also disclose any employment, contractor, or family connection that would matter to the recipient’s evaluation.
4 Credits
Program benefits are promotional credits, not paid gift cards. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be used to purchase a gift card. A credit expires 18 months after issuance where permitted by law. If applicable law prohibits expiration or treats the benefit differently, that law controls.
A credit is applied only after Enzo verifies eligibility. The new client’s credit may appear at checkout or be applied by staff. Enzo will issue an eligible introducing-client credit within 30 days after the qualifying order is fully paid and the six-calendar-hour cancellation period ends. If objective facts require a fraud, payment-reversal, or attribution review, we will notify the introducing client and decide within a reasonable additional period. Credits associated with a canceled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible order may be withdrawn or reversed to the extent disclosed and lawful.
5 No self referrals duplication or manipulation
You may not refer yourself, create duplicate identities, split or cycle purchases, use another person’s payment or contact details to evade restrictions, or coordinate reversals to obtain a benefit. Enzo Custom may withhold or cancel a benefit based on a reasonable good-faith fraud determination after reviewing relevant facts. We may request proportionate verification and provide a way to correct an error.
Honest public reviews and service are not conditioned on participation or positive sentiment. A Program benefit is for a qualifying introduction and purchase—not for a favorable review, testimonial, social post, or endorsement.
6 Privacy and California financial incentive notice
The new client chooses what to submit. We process the new client’s contact and purchase information and the introducing client’s account or contact information, Program link or code, relationship record, purchase status, credit status, and fraud signals to administer, secure, measure, and document the Program. We do not disclose one participant’s private order, measurements, or communications to the other.
California residents should review the complete Notice of Financial Incentive: Referral Program in Appendix C of the California Privacy Notice before enrolling. Participation is voluntary. A person may withdraw at any time by contacting [email protected]; withdrawal stops future participation after processing but does not require us to unwind a completed or redeemed transaction or erase a record we must retain. The benefit is reasonably related to the estimated value of acquiring and retaining a client through a direct introduction, as explained in that Notice.
7 Annual limit taxes and independent advice
An introducing client may receive no more than 15 introducing-client credits ($1,500) per calendar year; later introductions still provide the new client’s credit. This cap does not establish tax-free treatment or an exemption from reporting or withholding. Enzo will comply with applicable requirements, considering relevant aggregate payments and benefits. Employee or contractor benefits may be compensation. We request legally required tax information only through an appropriate secure process. You remain responsible for your applicable tax consequences; Enzo does not provide personal tax advice.
8 Changes suspension and termination
We may change, suspend, or end the Program prospectively for business, security, fraud, or legal reasons. We will honor an eligible benefit already earned before the effective change unless it was obtained unlawfully or the law permits otherwise. Material changes will be posted with an effective date and additional notice when appropriate. A change does not retroactively reduce a completed eligible purchase.
9 Disputes and liability
Dispute provisions of the Terms of Use apply only if validly accepted, lawful, and within their scope. Program participation alone does not create an arbitration agreement or court or jury-trial waiver. Arbitration requires conspicuous presentation and affirmative acceptance, with the stated exceptions and opt-out right. Otherwise, a dispute may be brought in a court with jurisdiction, subject to a valid lawful venue agreement. Mandatory promotional, gift-certificate, privacy, tax, and consumer-protection rights remain intact.
