AI Transparency & Use Policy
Effective October 1, 2026 · Last updated September 30, 2026
Enzo Custom permits approved AI-assisted tools for limited business support. This Policy does not represent that every listed use is deployed. We do not currently offer a customer-facing AI chatbot or virtual try-on, and we do not use AI alone to make a consequential eligibility decision about a customer.
1 Purpose and scope
This Artificial Intelligence Transparency and Use Policy (“AI Policy”) explains how Enzo Custom Florida Inc. and commonly controlled Enzo Group affiliates use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated analytics, and generative tools in connection with websites, communications, customer service, operations, security, analytics, marketing, and internal work. The Privacy Policy governs personal information, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice governs covered accommodation or health-related information, and the accepted order and Purchase and Service Terms govern each garment.
We distinguish authorized use categories from actual deployment. A listed category is not a claim that a particular tool is active; we maintain an internal inventory that identifies each deployed tool, its owner, purpose, inputs, outputs, provider, settings, and review. Before launching a materially different customer-facing system—such as an AI chatbot, virtual try-on, automated body scan, or consequential decision tool—we will assess it, update notices, and obtain any consent required by law.
2 Approved use categories
Authorized personnel may use approved tools to assist with:
routing or classifying inquiries and suggesting draft responses;
summarizing non-sensitive business information and supporting internal research;
product search, merchandising, recommendations, and demand or inventory analysis;
detecting spam, fraud, security anomalies, or misuse;
analyzing service quality and operational trends;
creating or editing draft marketing text, layouts, or imagery, subject to human review; and
automating repetitive administrative work.
AI assistance does not replace a stylist’s confirmed measurements, the accepted order form, required fitting judgment, or a human’s responsibility for a material client-service decision.
3 Uses we do not currently offer
Enzo Custom does not currently provide a public AI chatbot, conversational shopping assistant, virtual try-on, facial-recognition system, body-geometry identification template, or AI-generated customer measurement tool. Customer fitting photographs are not processed or analyzed with AI, and session replay and heatmaps are disabled. Enzo also does not offer consumer or business credit, financing, installment plans, or payment plans and does not use AI alone to make a legally or similarly significant customer decision.
If Enzo later introduces financing, installment eligibility, or another consequential automated use, it will complete legal, privacy, fairness, accessibility, security, and human-review assessments and provide any required notice and choice before use.
4 Information and vendor controls
Depending on the use, an approved tool may process business content, product information, website interactions, approximate location, order status, a customer-service message, or limited contact information. We seek to minimize data and configure vendors for appropriate confidentiality, security, access control, retention, and restrictions on secondary use.
We do not collect, use, or sell personal information for the purpose of training large language models. We do not authorize providers to use personal information we supply to train large language models.
We do not use, or permit vendors to use, customer fitting photographs, identifiable measurements, private client communications, or health or functional-accommodation information to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model. This restriction applies to internal and vendor models, including general-purpose and shared models. There is no consent-based exception in the current program. We do not process or analyze customer fitting photographs with AI or create biometric identifiers from them. Limited review by authorized people for the disclosed service or quality purpose is distinct from AI model training. Licensed professional-model imagery used in marketing is governed by its separate rights and permissions. Payment-card data and account credentials must not be entered into AI tools. Staff may not bypass these restrictions by obtaining an informal customer permission or changing a vendor setting.
We review approved AI providers' terms, features, training settings, retention, security, and subprocessors. Personal information is not entered into unapproved AI accounts. Using an approved model to produce a response is different from using the input to train that model; the training restrictions above apply to both Enzo and providers receiving our information.
5 Human oversight and accuracy
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or fabricated. Authorized personnel must review material outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, rights, confidentiality, and potential bias. A client should rely on the final written order, care instruction, invoice, and direct communication from an authorized Enzo Custom representative—not an unconfirmed automated suggestion.
We test higher-risk uses proportionate to their purpose and provide a way to report an error. If automation materially affects service, we will provide human review where required by law or reasonably appropriate.
6 Fairness and prohibited uses
We do not authorize AI to intentionally discriminate unlawfully, manipulate a person deceptively, exploit a vulnerability, infer a sensitive trait without a lawful and disclosed purpose, create a biometric identity, impersonate a customer or employee, generate fake reviews, suppress honest negative feedback, or make an illegal decision. We do not use AI to infer health conditions from measurements or fitting notes.
AI must not make or substantially assist an employment or other consequential decision under the current program. Any future use in hiring, employee monitoring, lending or installment eligibility, insurance, housing, healthcare, or another legally significant area must remain disabled until separate internal approval follows legal, privacy, bias, accessibility, security, and human-review assessment and the required notices, rights, and other controls are in place.
7 AI assisted and synthetic marketing content
Marketing imagery may be digitally generated, materially altered, or composited with AI-assisted tools. Humans approve public content. We do not intend concept or synthetic imagery to misrepresent the fabric, construction, model, fit, price, availability, or actual product a customer will receive. Where a reasonable consumer could mistake materially generated or altered content for an actual garment, person, endorsement, or event, we will use a clear disclosure appropriate to the medium.
We do not create or purchase fake reviews, sentiment-conditioned endorsements, undisclosed material-insider reviews, or deceptive synthetic testimonials. A real person’s photograph, voice, name, testimonial, or likeness requires written permission appropriate to the advertising use. We do not treat permission to photograph or record a person as blanket permission to create a digital replica, materially alter the person’s performance or appearance, sublicense the likeness, or use it for model training.
8 Customer facing AI if introduced later
Before a customer interacts with a future conversational AI, we will disclose clearly that it is AI and provide a practical route to a human. The disclosure will remain reasonably available during the interaction. We will explain what prompts or images are processed, relevant vendors, material retention, whether inputs may train a model, and available choices. Customers should not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
Customer fitting photographs are not processed with AI under the current program. A future photo-analysis, body-scan, or virtual-try-on feature must remain disabled until a separate legal, privacy, security, rights, and vendor review is completed and the applicable notices and controls are adopted. Any approved feature would require a just-in-time notice and separate express affirmative consent before collection or analysis. Permission for a service image is never permission for advertising or model training.
9 Privacy security retention and rights
Personal information handled through an approved AI-assisted workflow remains subject to the Privacy Policy and its rights and retention limits. Customer fitting photos, identifiable measurements, private communications, and health or accommodation information are not used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate models. AI does not create an exception to a privacy request. Inputs and outputs must not be retained longer than their applicable source category or a documented narrow legal hold. The ordinary fitting-photo limit is 12 months from each capture, and inactive client profiles and measurements are deleted or irreversibly deidentified after 3 years without substantive customer activity; the restricted minimum transaction archive has its own schedule.

10 Updates and accountability
We may update this AI Policy as systems and law change. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice when appropriate. Enzo Custom remains accountable for approved use by its personnel and for selecting and overseeing service providers consistent with applicable law.
