The wardrobe
Custom Trousers
Custom trousers begin with where you wear the waist and how you need to move. Enzo develops an individual trouser pattern around your rise, seat, thigh and balance, then refines the line through the leg. Custom trousers start at $245.
Begin at the waist
The position of the waistband determines much of the trouser. It changes the rise, the apparent length of the legs and the relationship to a jacket or waistcoat. Choose that position before settling the finished length.
Your clothier assesses the seat, pelvic position, thigh room and leg shape with your preferred ease in mind. A close leg can still need generous room at the thigh. Taking cloth away from the waist does not solve every fold below it. Our trouser fit guide explains the checks that matter.
Develop a continuous line
We coordinate the thigh, knee and hem opening rather than choosing each independently. The trouser should settle naturally when you stand and provide appropriate room when you sit. Assess both legs: differences in stance can affect the way each side falls.
| Element | Why it matters | Fitting check |
|---|---|---|
| Rise | Sets the waist position and crotch relationship | Sit without pulling the waistband down |
| Seat | Accommodates shape and movement | Inspect front, side and back |
| Thigh | Provides room where needed | Walk and sit normally |
| Knee and hem | Complete the leg silhouette | Review with the intended shoes |
| Waistband | Supports the trouser | Confirm comfortable security |
Choose the waistband and front details
Every pair of Enzo trousers has a hand-sewn fabric curtain waistband. The interior finishing is part of the garment, including separate trousers. A V-split finishes the back of the waistband. Comfortable support still begins with the waist position and shaping.
Flat fronts, pleats, side adjusters, belt loops, brace-compatible arrangements and closure details allow different approaches. Your trouser details should work together. A higher rise, for example, changes the relationship between pleats, the waistband and the shirt above it.
Choose cloth for rotation
Separate trousers can provide variety around one jacket. Compare texture and shade directly with the jacket you intend to wear. For a matching suit, consider whether an additional pair would support your rotation; matching cloth is best discussed with the original order because later availability may differ.
Custom trousers start at $245. The final price for your cloth and design is confirmed before production. Browse our trousers, then plan their place in your wardrobe. Bring the shoes you expect to wear to the fitting so hem, break and leg opening can be assessed together.
The intended jacket affects the trouser choice. Blazers, sport coats and suit jackets explains when contrast is useful and when matching cloth belongs to the garment’s design.
Personal details inside
Monogramming is complimentary on every pair of trousers. A name, initials or a meaningful date can be specified with your clothier, alongside the personal name label. Additional monogramming carries no charge, with placement chosen to suit the garment.
